Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsCleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed Job Description 职位描述： 负责公司自动化设备的日常维护和保养工作，确保设备稳定运行，为员工创造一个安全的工作环境。在设备出现异常情况时，需要及时进行维修，如无法处理则迅速向上级汇报，协助解决设备问题。同时，根据设备维护计划书执行设备保养任务，并详细记录执行情况。 主要职责： 负责自动化设备的日常巡检、维护和保养，确保设备稳定运行，提高良品率，降低非计划停机时间，以满足生产任务的需要。 及时处理设备异常，进行维修或上报，与生产管理人员、其他工程师、设置人员、操作员等进行接口，以解决问题、确定需求并实施改进。根据需要提供设置和操作员培训。 协助工程师完成自动化设计评审及设备验收，确保设备选型与工艺要求相匹配。 遵循公司正确的PPI和Kaizen流程、方法，持续改善设备性能；优化运行效率，降本增效。 领导安排的其他工作； 能根据生产需要适应倒班； 任职要求： 大专及以上学历，机械、自动化或相关专业优先，能够阅读英文文件，可进行基本英文交流优先。 具备3年以上自动化设备维修经验，有注塑、吹塑背景及熟悉模具知识者优先考虑。 熟练掌握西门子PLC、三菱PLC和触摸屏等编程与调试技能，具备基本的机械图纸、电气图纸阅读能力，AB PLC和触摸屏优先。 熟练使用Office软件，能够使用CAD、SolidWorks等绘图软件绘制简易图纸，具备良好的工程图识别能力。 具有较强的责任心及现场问题分析和解决能力，能够在紧急情况下妥善处理生产过程中的异常情况。
