【2027 届校招】导航算法工程师 北京 正式 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 - 研发 【千寻智能2027届秋季校园招聘】 职位描述 负责轮式/人形机器人自主导航算法研发与商业化落地，覆盖SLAM定位建图、运动规划避障、VLN视觉语言导航三大核心方向，候选人精通任意一个方向即可，对应负责模块研发迭代，搭建稳定、可量产的具身智能导航系统。1. SLAM定位建图方向：负责激光、相机、IMU、轮速计多传感器融合，研发机器人定位与建图算法，优化动态复杂场景下的定位精度与鲁棒性，适配真机落地场景。2. 导航规划方向：负责机器人全局路径规划、局部动态避障、轨迹优化与底盘运动学适配，解决狭窄通行、动态障碍规避、场景脱困等实际落地问题，保障导航稳定平顺。3. VLN视觉语言导航方向：负责多模态导航能力搭建，实现自然语言指令理解、视觉语义对齐与智能决策，打造可交互、可执行任务的智能导航能力。工程落地迭代：基于ROS/ROS2完成算法调试、优化与端侧部署，持续解决场景长尾问题，沉淀可复用、可量产的导航算法方案，支撑业务商业化交付。技术跟进优化：跟踪语义SLAM、长效建图、AI规划、多模态导航等前沿技术，结合业务场景完成技术迭代与系统升级。 职位要求 SLAM方向：熟悉SLAM技术底层原理（特征提取与跟踪、IMU预积分、回环检测、位姿图优化、重定位等）及主流框架（VINS-Fusion，ORB-SLAM，FAST-LIO，FAST-LIVO等）。规划方向：深入理解路径规划、局部规划、轨迹优化与运动学/动力学建模，熟悉搜索、采样、优化、约束处理等常见技术路线。熟悉ROS/ROS2生态，对Nav/Nav2的底层源码有深入阅读和修改经验，能独立编写核心Plugin。VLN方向：精通深度学习框架（PyTorch），熟练掌握Transformer架构、视觉基础大模型（ViT）及大语言模型（LLM/VLM）的微调与应用。熟悉R2R、RxR、VLN-CE、目标导航、语义导航、开放词表导航等方向的benchmark、常用指标和研究范式。 投递...
