数据平台开发工程师（标注） 广州 全职 通用智能板块 职位描述 1. 服务端架构：负责标注平台核心服务端与数据流转链路的设计与开发，主导系统稳定性、扩展性与成本优化（弹性伸缩、存储治理、高并发处理）2. AI 工程化落地：设计并实现 LLM/VLM 能力在标注场景的工程化应用，如模型接入编排、Prompt/Context/Harness 工程、Agent 工作流、RAG 等，让 AI 真实提升数据生产效率3. 数据链路建设：参与高吞吐数据处理管道的设计与优化，解决海量数据流转中的性能与可靠性问题4. 技术演进：参与下一代平台架构规划，探索 AI 驱动的研发提效方案，沉淀团队可复用的工程能力任职要求 职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上后端开发经验，计算机基础扎实2. 精通至少一门主流后端语言（Node.js / Python 优先），具备良好的编码习惯与工程素养，能快速切换技术栈（入职后以 Node.js/TypeScript + Python 为主力语言）3. 熟悉常见后端技术组件（关系型/NoSQL 数据库、缓存、消息队列），具备独立进行系统设计与性能优化的能力4. 有 AI 应用工程实战经验：参与过至少一个 LLM/VLM
