Job Description: QA专员 质量保证 珠海 全职 为什么加入我们 准备好以质量为本，恪守标准，成为思凯汀——泰高集团旗下公司的质量保证专员。我们专注于水产饲料领域，致力于通过安全、可持续和高质量的产品“哺育未来”。加入我们，协助质量经理建立和维护本地工厂的质量管理系统，以保证符合法规规定，Nutreco标准，保证产品和工艺质量符合要求,保持质量证书，以确保符合业务要求。 你将做什么 1. 饲料法规符合性 组织相关部门解读并理解所有适用的饲料法规(国际、国家、州和地方),识别法规风险，协助相关部门执行法规要求。。 组织相关部门保持文档的副本符合所有相关法定/监管标准和立法提供的设施,并检查其有效性。 2. 饲料安全质量体系 保证目前所有的质量体系的认证及运行工作顺利开展，包括ISO9001, ISO22000 and Nutrace等。 制定并保持文件管理系统正常运行，设计、实现和文件化过程控制程序、流程改进程序、测试和检查程序。组织相关部门使用DMS系统进行文件管理。 保持当前的HACCP /食品安全计划。这包括在控制点监控产品安全过程控制,识别过程偏离设置参数并纠正以确保过程受控。 负责组织质量体系内审和外审工作,评估系统运行状态，包括原料验收，生产过程监控，记录检查（原料的卫生/质量/类型，生产过程记录，产品记录）,生产线运行状态，生产参数，设备状态的检查。 管理纠正措施,预防措施程序以减轻任何潜在风险,促进持续改进。 保证追溯系统的正常运行。 3. 原料及供应商质量管理 评估、确定和批准供应商确保他们满足Nutreco质量需求。 基于原料企业标准制定用于原料检测的QC检测计划，以确保原料符合原料标准。 基于风险评估审计供应商。 组织相关部门使用ISAM系统进行原料和供应商的管理。 4. 客户产品质量投诉管理 负责组织调查客户投诉,进行产品生产过程的现场调查，并进行根本原因分析,确定纠正措施和预防措施,并在规定的时间内完成调查及分析工作,并分析投诉趋势。 客诉包括所有类别的客户投诉，包括动物生产性能、客户沟通、产品、产品包装、产品运输方面的投诉，产品应包括TNC公司制造的产品及公司代理销售的产品。 组织相关部门使用CRM系统进行产品投诉的处理。
