主要岗位职责: 产品管理体系与架构设计 基于蔡司光学中国区眼健康生态多元化业务战略，定义跨品类、跨业务线的产品管理总体架构，明确总部产品管理职能与各业务线产品管理职能的角色边界、协作机制和决策接口。 基于总部标准，建立统一的产品管理语言、标准、方法论和工具包，覆盖消费品、医疗器械、时尚运动等不同品类，并确保兼顾全球标准与中国市场本地化需求。 牵引产品组合管理、产品路线图、品类策略、产品价值主张和优先级排序机制建设，提升公司在多业务组合下的资源配置和产品决策质量。 产品全生命周期流程与交付标准 搭建并持续迭代中国区产品全生命周期管理流程，覆盖产品洞察、立项、商业论证、开发导入、上市准备、上市管理、迭代优化、退市及复盘等关键环节。 定义各关键节点的标准输入、决策门、交付物、RACI及质量要求，推动产品、市场、销售、医学/专业事务、注册法规、质量、供应链、数字化及财务等团队协同运作。 沉淀产品管理SOP、模板、评审机制和知识库，形成可复制、可审计、可持续优化的产品管理体系。 产品治理与决策机制 设计并实施中国区产品管理治理机制，包括产品立项评审、组合评审、上市评审、变更评审、退市决策及跨业务线优先级协调机制。 在授权范围内对关键产品管理节点行使治理和把关职责，确保产品决策符合公司战略、商业价值、合规要求、质量标准和资源投入原则。 产品管理人才发展与组织赋能 设计中国区产品管理职能的人才发展体系，包括能力模型、任职标准、职业发展路径、培训课程、实践项目、评估机制及人才盘点输入。 为各业务线产品管理人员提供方法论赋能、工具培训、项目辅导和专业评估，帮助公司建立可持续的产品管理人才梯队。 Key Responsibilities: Product Management System & Architecture Design Define the overall product management architecture across categories and business lines based on
