ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （一） 生产计划与调度 1.根据销售订单和生产能力，制定合理的生产计划（协助Cell leader），明确各生产环节的时间节点和产量目标。 2.协调各生产班组之间的工作安排，合理调配人力、物力资源，确保生产计划按时完成。 3.实时跟踪生产进度，及时解决生产过程中出现的问题，对生产计划进行动态调整。 （二） 生产现场管理 1.负责生产现场的 5S 管理，营造整洁、有序、安全的生产环境。 2.监督生产过程中的工艺执行情况，确保产品质量符合标准，及时纠正违规操作行为。 3.加强生产现场的安全管理，定期组织安全培训和检查，消除安全隐患，预防安全事故的发生。 （三） 团队管理 1.负责生产团队的组建、培训与发展，提升团队整体素质和业务能力。 2.制定并执行员工绩效考核制度，激励员工积极工作，提高工作效率和质量。 3.加强团队沟通与协作，及时了解员工的工作需求和思想动态，解决员工的工作和生活问题。 （四） 成本控制 1.制定并实施生产成本控制措施，降低原材料消耗、人工成本和设备损耗。 2.优化生产流程，提高生产效率，降低单位产品成本。 3.定期进行成本核算和分析，找出成本控制的关键点，提出改进措施。 （五） 质量与持续改进 1.参与制定和完善质量管理体系，如ISO9001,IATF16949，确保产品质量符合国家标准和客户要求。 2.组织开展质量分析活动，找出质量问题的根源，制定改进措施并跟踪实施效果。 3.推动生产流程的持续改进，引入先进的生产技术和管理方法，提高生产效率和产品质量。 4.Lead和参与Kaizen活动 （六） 安全与合规 1.熟悉EHS的标准。 2.能够执行安全生产规范，降低风险
