Main tasks（主要任务） 产品维度需求预测 基于历史销售数据、市场趋势（如季节性波动、促销活动）、产品生命周期（新品/成熟品/衰退品），利用系统搭建SKU级别预测模型； 了解基础统计模型：移动平均、指数平滑，动态调整预测准确率； 监控新品上市爬坡期需求，联动市场部门评估营销计划对预测的影响。 跨区域需求协同管理 主导区域销售运营协同会议，整合各区域市场情报（如竞品动态、渠道库存水位），校准区域需求计划； 设计区域需求提报模板与规则，减少因信息不对称导致的预测偏差（如压货虚报、终端动销误判）。 需求预测体系优化 制定区域需求计划SOP流程，明确区域销售、区域运营、总部职能部门、供应链端的数据输入标准与协同机制； 回顾区域预测准确率，定期复盘偏差根因并推动改进。 销售与运营计划（S&OP）支持 参与月度S&OP会议，输出需求侧数据（如分品类/渠道的需求波动），驱动生产与采购计划对齐； 预警供需失衡风险如产能瓶颈，推动提前制定应对方案。 系统与数据工具应用 配合IT部门优化需求计划系统（如SAP IBP），实现多源数据自动化整合； 联合数据开发工程师，通过Power BI/Tableau搭建可视化看板，实时监控需求达成率与库存健康度。 Education / 教育背景 大学本科（985/211）统计学、供应链管理、市场营销、数学等相关专业优先； Experience / 經驗 3年以上消费品行业（快消/FMCG、耐用消费品）需求计划、销售预测经验； 熟悉多渠道（KA渠道、电商、经销商）销售模式与需求驱动逻辑； Other skills /其他技能 英语流利 熟悉预测建模工具（Excel及Power BI/Query、Python/VBA基础） 熟悉ERP系统（如SAP APO、U8）及S&OP流程 强跨部门影响力，能协调销售、市场等部门达成共识
