机械工艺工程师 上海 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 负责产品工艺开发及优化，包括但不限于：1. 激光雷达产品零部件装配、粘接、拧紧、压装、模块集成及测试；2. 激光雷达产品生产组件功能检查方案评估及检验机台方案制定；3. 激光雷达产品模块及其接口、界面DFM评估；4. 激光雷达产品模块常见制程问题分析及可靠性性能保障；5. 产线产品装调参数制定，工艺及现场文件编制，技术人员培训及考核；6. 产线良率数据分析，工艺稳定性及生产节拍提升。 职位要求 1. 光学、机械、车辆或高分子材料相关专业本科及以上学历；2. 3年以上工艺相关工作经验，有汽车电子产品工艺开发经验者优先；3. 熟悉胶粘剂的应用，具备胶粘剂分类、机理等基础知识；4. 熟悉螺纹连接扭矩计算、压装力计算等基础知识；5. 熟悉点胶、拧紧、压装等设备应用及过程检验；6. 熟悉汽车行业APQP、PPAP质量流程及工艺开发相关工具 (PFD、FMEA、CP、MSA、SPC)；7. 了解汽车行业可靠性测试条目、条件及各种应力加速测试目标；8. 具备良好的问题分析、解决能力及逻辑思维和优秀的沟通协调能力及执行力。 投递...
