Job Description 岗位名称 用户研究 助理研究经理（AM）- 汽车行业方向 所属部门 NIQ中国区汽车交付团队 工作地点 北京、上海、广州 岗位职责 设计研究方案：结合甲方需求撰写项目方案，并根据总监或经理的反馈持续完善。 协助项目管理：协助项目总监或项目经理整体管理汽车用研项目，协助各个环节的落地执行和交付。 监督执行与数据质量：项目执行现场，实施监督和管理职责，包括定性受访者筛选、访谈引导、现场流程质控等；负责调研数据的清洗、整理、统计与初步分析。 撰写报告：与项目组成员一起，在项目总监指导下完成调研的数据分析、结论提炼，和分析报告撰写，并参与与客户方的沟通及最终演示。 Qualifications 任职要求 学历专业：本科及以上学历，专业不限。 工作经验：3年+相关行业经验，包括汽车用户研究、市场研究等。有海外市场用户研究经验者优先。 专业能力：熟练掌握定性定量方法，在指导下完成研究方案设计、现场执行、数据分析与报告撰写；具备优秀的问题拆解、逻辑分析和洞察提炼能力。 综合能力：具备项目管理能力，进度管控和资源协调能力；具备良好的内外沟通能力，可清晰传递研究逻辑与核心结论；抗压能力强，应变能力强，具备较强的责任心和团队协作意识；创新思维，能不断优化研究方法和工作流程。 工具技能：熟练使用各类办公软件，AI工具等。 语言能力：英文沟通能力优秀者优先。 Additional Information /LP Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning
