Job Description Title: Senior Application & Project Engineer (Oil & Gas & Offshore) Location: Shanghai Report to: Oil&Gas Leader Subordinate：None 岗位描述： 负责油气及海工行业项目的售前技术支持、商务报价及项目执行管理工作。作为项目的核心协调人，主导从询价、技术澄清、方案制定、成本控制、供应商选择到项目执行、客户沟通及最终交付的全过程管理，确保项目在质量、成本和交付周期方面达到公司和客户的预期要求。 Job Description 职责描述： 负责油气、海工及相关行业项目询价的技术评估与需求分析。 负责计量泵、螺杆泵及相关泵撬系统的选型、技术方案制定及报价工作。 与客户进行技术交流和澄清，识别项目技术风险并提出解决方案。 编制并审核技术报价文件、技术偏差表、数据表及相关投标文件。 参与外部撬装供应商（Packager）的技术评估、询价及供应商选择工作。 与销售、工厂、采购及供应链团队协作，制定具有竞争力的整体解决方案。 在项目中标后担任项目经理（Project Manager）角色，负责项目全生命周期管理。 组织项目开工会，预检会，建立项目执行计划并推动落实。 定期组织并参与客户项目会议，维护良好的客户关系。 协调销售、工程、采购、生产、质量及物流等内部资源，推动项目顺利执行。 识别项目风险、质量问题及交付风险，制定并实施纠正措施。
