海外休闲游戏设计师 上海 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 岗位职责1. 深度理解海外爆款休闲玩法，独立制作跑量的休闲素材。2. 参与从 0 到 1 超休项目（如合成消除、Puzzle、IO、放置等），负责素材制作、包括不限于游戏玩法、关卡皮肤、UI道具图标、场景风格的素材制作；不依赖纯手 K，主打 AI 提效。3. 熟练用AI工具等，批量产出风格统一、可商用的游戏美术素材（角色、场景、UI、特效、广告图）；建立项目 AI 风格规范与提示词库。4. 自主产出超休的创意内容，能快速迭代多套风格并做 A/B 测试优化。5. 配合策划 / 投放，根据 CPI、留存、IPM等数据，持续优化游戏内美术与买量素材，提升转化与留存。6. 搭建可复用的超休美术资产库（AI 模板、组件库、特效模板），提升团队整体出图效率。任职要求1. 有1–3 年休闲 / 超休游戏美术经验，过往有TOP3绩效优先。2. 具备爆款项目拆解分析能力，能够清晰超休爆款的玩法差异、节奏设计与买量逻辑。3. 熟练使用至少
