物流仓储工程师-杭州 杭州 正式 制造类 职位描述 1、参与制造工厂仓储物流体系规划与优化，覆盖原材料仓、成品仓、保税仓、线边仓等业务场景，开展仓储能力分析，提升仓库空间利用率和物流作业效率。2、参与智能仓储项目建设与实施，协助推进ASRS、AGV/AMR、智能货架等物流自动化设备的导入与优化。3、参与仓库布局规划与仓容分析，结合业务增长需求进行库位规划、储位策略设计及物流路径规划。4、参与仓储数字化建设，协助推进WMS、ERP、MES等系统与仓储业务的集成优化，运用数据分析工具对关键指标进行分析并提出改善方案。5、参与仓储运营标准化建设，编制仓储作业流程、SOP及管理规范，配合工厂新项目导入完成物流资源评估。 职位要求 1、教育背景：硕士及以上学历，物流工程、工业工程、供应链管理、机械工程、自动化、计算机科学、数据科学、运筹学等相关专业优先。2、基本能力：具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据处理能力，英语CET-6，能够阅读英文技术资料，具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。3、专业方向：了解智能仓储（WMS、ASRS、AGV/AMR）、仓库布局规划（Layout、物流动线、ABC分类）、或数据分析（Excel、Power BI、Python、SQL）等任一方向知识者优先。4、优先录用：有智能仓储或物流自动化项目经历、参加过物流/供应链竞赛、熟悉SAP/WMS/MES/WCS系统、有数字化工厂课题研究、掌握仿真软件、或具备Python/AI开发经验者优先。5、职业素养：对智能制造和工业4.0充满兴趣，喜欢用数据发现问题并解决问题，乐于深入现场理解业务本质，愿意成长为兼具业务能力与数字化能力的供应链专家。 投递...
