智驾系统工程师（L3/L4系统架构/冗余设计） 北京、苏州 社招 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 - 工程 / 机械 职位描述 一、岗位职责该岗位负责L3/L4自动驾驶系统整体架构设计，主导系统级技术方案设计、软硬件协同开发及系统集成工作，重点负责自动驾驶系统冗余架构设计。同时作为核心技术接口，参与客户售前技术支持、技术方案交流、需求分析及方案定制，协同研发团队推动自动驾驶解决方案在客户项目中的成功落地与交付。 1. 自动驾驶系统架构设计- 负责L3/L4自动驾驶系统整体架构设计，包括感知、定位、规划控制、执行系统及计算平台等模块的系统方案设计；- 负责自动驾驶系统功能分解、系统需求分析及架构设计，定义各子系统功能边界及接口关系；- 负责软硬件协同设计，推动系统架构持续优化，提高系统可靠性、可扩展性及量产适配能力；- 输出系统架构文档、接口规范及技术方案，为软件、硬件及测试团队提供系统设计支持。 2. 自动驾驶系统冗余设计（核心职责）- 主导L3/L4自动驾驶系统冗余架构设计，构建满足Fail-safe及Fail-operational要求的系统方案；- 负责自动驾驶关键子系统冗余设计，包括但不限于： - 制动系统冗余（Brake Redundancy） - 转向系统冗余（Steering Redundancy） - 电源系统冗余（Power Redundancy） - 计算平台冗余（Compute
