【智新】结构仿真工程师 深圳 社招 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 1. 结构可靠性仿真体系搭建- 建立覆盖跌落、冲击、振动、温度循环、冷热冲击、防水密封、疲劳寿命等全维度的结构仿真方法论与标准化流程- 构建并维护仿真材料数据库、边界条件库、失效判据库，实现仿真结果可复用、可追溯- 制定仿真报告标准模板，输出含根因诊断与改善建议的工程化结论2. 产品正向设计仿真支撑- 参与项目 TR1-TR3 全流程评审，在 ID 评估、堆叠方案、模具方案阶段输出结构可靠性预判- 主导关键结构件 CAE 分析：跌落仿真、冲击仿真、应力应变分析、模流分析、热仿真、疲劳寿命预测- 针对塑料件开裂、壳体变形起鼓、密封失效、螺纹滑牙、转轴松动等典型失效模式，提供仿真定位与方案优化3. 失效根因诊断与对标- 结合 RMA 退货数据与售后失效案例，通过仿真反向定位批量性结构问题的根因- 建立竞品结构可靠性基准线，对标 Ring/Arlo/Amazon 等友商的设计方案与失效表现- 将仿真结论与物理测试（DOE 验证、可靠性测试）交叉验证，形成仿真→测试→改善闭环4. 工艺与材料仿真- 涵盖注塑成型、双色注塑、套啤、压铸等工艺的模流与残余应力仿真- 评估材料选型对结构可靠性的影响（PC/PPO/ABS+GF/TPU
