【派遣】用户运营（用户赋能方向） Guangzhou Independent contractor Operations - User operations Responsibilities 1、搭建并迭代用户运营体系：基于角色/行业/行为分层，设计全生命周期策略（入门、功能推广、活跃、召回），提升产品使用深度与覆盖面。2、知识库/帮助中心从0到1建设：定义信息架构与内容标准，建立生产-审核-更新流程，输出图文、视频、FAQ、最佳实践等多形态内容，保障准确、时效、易用。3、赋能与影响力运营：策划培训、实践分享、Q&A活动，发展“种子用户/产品大使”，形成口碑传播。4、跨部门协同：与产品/研发，将用户业务目标转化为可执行动作，推动新功能落地与价值传递。5、数据分析：对接销售、交付、售后、金融、客服等业务团队，梳理数据分析需求，明确指标口径、使用场景和报表验收标准；与数据团队协作建设和优化数据集、仪表板及分析报表；核查数据准确性，推动口径不一致、数据缺失等问题解决。 Qualifications 1、本科及以上；1-2年以上B端产品运营/客户成功/知识管理/实施顾问等相关经验。2、具备在大规模用户群（万级或多业务线）搭建并运营知识库/帮助中心的成功案例，成果可量化。3、有业务分析、数据分析、BI 报表或相关 BA 工作经验，能够从业务问题出发选择指标，并清楚说明分析结论及其依据。4、 能使用 SQL 查询和核对数据，熟悉 Excel；使用过 Quick BI、Power BI、Tableau 等至少一种分析工具。5、支持海外团队的日常沟通、英文材料编写及线上培训。6、具备SaaS、企业服务、IT咨询、新能源、教育培训、制造/大型组织等行业背景优先。加分项:1、有使用AI工具（如构建智能问答机器人、内容智能推荐、自动化工作流工具等）赋能用户运营或知识管理的实2、熟悉主流BI工具。 Apply...
