测试工程师 Shenzhen Full-time R&D - Testing Responsibilities 岗位职责：1、负责Web类产品的测试工作，全生命周期把控产品的测试质量，确保产品高质量上线；2、参与产品需求评审，制定测试策略与计划，编写测试用例并组织评审，跟进缺陷修复，输出测试报告，持续优化测试流程、规范；3、负责产品的自动化测试，包括接口自动化、UI自动化等，提升回归测试效率；4、负责产品的性能测试，包括单接口压测、全链路压测等，保障产品性能稳定性；5、参与团队测试知识库建设，编写业务测试操作指引，积极分享测试经验；6、跟进产品的用户线上反馈，协助问题排查、定位，收集问题并归类分析，协助产研团队推进产品优化迭代； Qualifications 任职要求：1、具备5年以上中大型项目测试经验，能独立完成产品测试各阶段的工作，有测试管理经验或酒店分销业务相关产品的测试经验者优先；2、具备优秀的学习、沟通表达能力，善于业务逻辑分析和测试经验总结，具有较强的主观能动性和执行力，以及强烈的工作责任心；3、掌握软件测试基础理论，测试流程及规范化，测试各阶段交付物文档的编写，对质量保障有独到见解者优先；4、熟悉常见的数据库，如MySQL/Oracle等，掌握常见的SQL操作，如增删改查、多表连接等；5、熟悉常见的接口测试工具，如Postman/JMeter/Fiddler/Charles等；6、熟悉Python/Java等至少一种脚本语言，能够编写自动化测试、性能测试脚本并调优；7、熟悉RobotFramework/Pytest/Selenium/Appium等至少一种常见的自动化测试框架/工具，具备一定的自动化测试经验；8、熟悉JMeter/LoadRunner等至少一种常见的性能测试框架/工具，具备一定的性能测试、稳定性测试经验； Apply...
