电子工艺工程师(Kosmo产品)上海全职智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化职位描述1. NPI工艺导入:参与新产品NPI(New Product Introduction)全流程工艺管理,从EVT到MP各阶段的工艺方案设计、评审、试产跟进及问题闭环,确保按时按质完成产品量产导入;2. DFM/DFA/DFT评审:在产品设计阶段参与可制造性(DFM)、可装配性(DFA)、可测试性(DFT)评审,前置识别工艺风险,输出设计优化建议,推动硬件/结构设计满足量产要求;3. 单板工艺管理:负责PCBA/FPCA制程工艺管理,包括SMT贴片工艺方案制定、回流焊曲线优化、锡膏印刷工艺优化、SPI/AOI检测标准制定、BGA/QFN等封装的焊接工艺管控;4. 整机装配工艺:主导整机组装工艺方案设计与优化,涵盖FPC连接器压接、点胶/灌胶、螺丝锁附、超声波焊接、热压、激光焊等关键工艺;5. 测试工艺设计:负责生产测试工艺方案(ICT、FCT、整机功能测试、气密性测试等)的制定与优化,推动测试覆盖率提升及测试效率优化;6. 工艺标准体系建设:建立并完善消费电子产品工艺设计规范、检验标准、作业指导书(SOP),搭建符合IPC标准的工艺管理体系;7. 良率提升与问题攻关:主导量产阶段工艺异常分析(焊接不良、装配不良、外观不良等),运用SPC、8D、DOE等工具推动产线良率持续提升;8. 新工艺/新材料导入:跟踪消费电子行业前沿工艺趋势,主导新工艺(MiniLED背光组装、精密点胶、异形元件贴装等)及新材料的评估、验证与导入;9. 供应商工艺管理:对EMS/OEM工厂进行工艺能力审核、评估与辅导,推动供应商工艺能力达到量产要求,建立工厂工艺考核机制。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,电子工程、材料工程、机械工程、工业工程等相关专业:- 5年以上消费电子产品工艺开发经验,有完整的新产品量产导入经历(从试产到规模化量产);- 至少主导过2款以上消费电子产品的工艺全流程管理(手机、平板、相机、无人机、穿戴设备等)。2. 专业能力:- 精通SMT贴片、回流焊、波峰焊、选择性焊接等电子制程工艺,熟悉IPC-A-610、IPC-J-STD-001等行业标准;- 熟悉PCBA/FPCA全制程工艺(锡膏印刷→贴片→回流焊→检测→返修),对01005/0201微型元件贴装、PoP封装、Shield Can焊接等精密工艺有实操经验;- 掌握整机组装关键工艺(精密点胶、FPC压接、激光焊、超声波焊接、螺丝锁附等),了解自动化产线集成;- 熟悉DFM/DFA/DFT分析方法,能独立完成PFMEA/CP的编制;- 熟练运用SPC、MSA、DOE、8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量与工艺分析工具;- 熟悉CAM350、Valor NPI等PCB可制造性分析工具。加分项:- 有大疆、Insta360、华为、小米、OPPO、vivo、富士康、比亚迪电子等企业工艺岗位工作经验;- 有光学精密组装工艺(镜头、摄像模组、激光雷达等)经验;- 有柔性电路板(FPC/RFPC)工艺开发经验;- 有自动化产线设计及导入经验(非标自动化设备选型、产线平衡等);- 熟悉可靠性测试工艺(三防涂覆、密封防水、高低温老化等)。投递...
