DESCRIPTION: 负责公司防盗门及智能锁业务的O2O（Online to Offline）运营体系建设与管理，推动线上流量向线下销售转化，打造全渠道消费者购买体验。通过整合电商平台、品牌官网、社交媒体、本地生活平台及线下经销商网络，实现获客、转化、安装及售后服务的闭环管理，推动销售增长和品牌影响力提升。 1. RESPONSIBILITY : • 负责公司防盗门及智能锁业务的O2O运营体系建设，推动线上流量向线下销售转化，实现销售增长。 • 制定并执行线上获客策略，通过电商平台、社交媒体及数字营销渠道获取销售线索。 • 建立并优化客户线索（Lead）管理机制，提升线索分配、跟进及转化效率。 • 协同销售团队及经销商，推动线上线下业务联动，提高门店成交率和客户体验。 • 负责消费者从咨询、购买、安装到售后服务的全流程体验管理。 • 监控和分析业务运营数据，持续优化流量获取、转化率及营销投入产出比（ROI）。 • 与销售、市场、电商、客服等团队协作，推动O2O相关项目落地。 2. REQUIREMENTS : • 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先。 • 2年以上O2O运营、电商运营、数字营销或全渠道销售管理经验。 • 熟悉线上线下一体化运营模式，具备客户线索管理经验。 • 了解天猫、京东、抖音、小红书、微信生态等主流平台的运营逻辑。 • 有智能锁、智能家居、建材家居、家装或耐用消费品行业经验者优先。 • 具备较强的数据分析能力和业务洞察能力，能够通过数据驱动业务改善。
