Java开发工程师（机器人平台） 广州 全职 数据智能板块 职位描述 1. 参与智能机器人云端服务的 Java 技术架构设计与优化，聚焦多机器人协同调度、海量设备实时接入、边缘-云端数据同步、高并发指令下发等核心业务场景，负责核心模块的方案设计、接口规范定义及代码落地，保障系统高可用、低延迟及数据一致性；2. 深度参与业务需求评审与技术方案研讨，对接硬件团队（机器人本体/传感器）、AI 算法团队（路径规划/环境感知），将业务需求转化为技术实现方案，推动 Java 开发与机器人硬件能力、AI 决策逻辑的高效协同；3. 负责智能机器人云端服务核心模块的 Java 编码实现，聚焦微服务治理（服务注册发现、熔断降级、链路追踪），优化系统性能瓶颈（如数据库查询优化、缓存策略调整、消息队列调优），解决开发过程中的技术难题；4. 参与系统稳定性保障工作，针对设备离线/弱网、突发高并发等极端场景，设计并落地容错处理方案，参与线上问题定位与修复，提升系统健壮性。 职位要求 1. 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、物联网等相关专业，24届，25届本科及以上学历，有2年左右完整项目从需求到上线的全流程落地经验；2. 精通 Java 核心技术（JVM 内存模型、并发编程、集合框架），熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis-Plus 等主流开发框架，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想与编码能力；3. 深入理解微服务架构核心原理，熟悉服务治理关键组件（如 Nacos/Eureka、Sentinel、SkyWalking），具备微服务项目开发与问题排查经验；4. 熟练掌握数据存储与消息中间件，深入理解 MySQL（索引设计、SQL 优化）、Redis（缓存使用、常见问题排查）、Kafka/RabbitMQ（消息投递、积压处理），能独立设计数据存储方案与消息交互流程；5. 具备良好的技术攻坚能力，能快速定位并解决分布式系统中的常见问题（如接口超时、数据一致性异常、服务熔断降级配置优化），有高并发、高可用场景开发经验者优先；6. 有智能机器人（工业机器人/服务机器人/自动驾驶机器人）、物联网/车联网云端服务开发经验者优先；熟悉 MQTT/HTTP 等协议、边缘计算相关概念、AI
