资深数据分析师 Beijing Full-time Product / Planning / Project management - Data analysis Responsibilities 岗位职责1. 生命周期指标体系建设：负责用户生命周期核心指标体系（激活、留存、回流、核心行为完成率）的定义与监控；与产品、研发协作落地埋点方案，建立统一的指标字典与数据质量机制。2. 用户行为与留存分析：通过 cohort、漏斗、路径分析等手段，识别流失关键环节与增长机会；拆解“注册 → 关键行为 → 次日回访 → 连续活跃”的成功路径（Path to Value），量化优化优先级。3. 实验设计与验证：主导或参与留存相关实验（Push、功能粘性、召回、激活等），从样本量设计到效果复盘全流程负责；与产品、增长团队合作验证假设，推动结论落地。 4. 数据可视化与决策支持：搭建生命周期数据看板与周报体系（Metabase / Looker / Tableau），可视化关键指标与趋势；将分析结果转化为可执行的产品与运营策略，并跟踪执行效果。5. 商业化分析（加分项）：可参与订阅、IAP、广告变现相关分析；拆解“付费墙 → 下单 → 续费”链路，监控 ARPU
