产品经理（潜客挖掘与成交转化方向） 北京、杭州 社招 全职 职位 ID：A84085 职位描述 1. 产品规划与落地 - 定义潜客画像与分层体系（基于行为、意向、资产、地域等维度），搭建高潜用户识别引擎与评分模型。 - 设计并落地 “成交阻碍诊断” 功能，量化用户与成交间的关键缺口（预算、车型、金融、牌照、信任、时间等）。 - 构建智能转化链路与工具化能力（如个性化推荐、权益匹配、试驾 / 到店邀约、AI 助手），推动从内容到留资、到店、成交的转化闭环。 - 输出 PRD、原型与需求文档，协同研发、数据、运营、风控等团队，确保产品快速迭代与上线交付。2. 数据驱动与效果闭环 - 搭建全链路指标体系：潜客识别准确率、有效线索率、到店率、成交率、客单价、LTV、NPS 等，建立数据看板与实时监控机制。 - 运用漏斗分析、A/B 测试、归因分析等方法，定位转化瓶颈与优化机会，持续迭代产品策略与功能体验。 - 深度分析用户行为路径与流失节点，设计召回、促活与留存策略，提升用户生命周期价值。3. 业务协同与产品迭代 - 深度对接销售、运营、经销商、内容、金融等业务方，拆解潜客运营与成交转化的痛点，转化为产品解决方案。 -
