Company Description Job Description 职位职责： （1）在报价阶段支持销售/技术项目经理进行技术讨论，分析OEM（整车厂）的需求。 （2）负责项目的成功执行，管理项目范围、预算、交付、企业时间节点及风险。 （3）与跨职能部门合作，跟踪项目期间所有里程碑和活动；在规定期限内管理客户沟通、协调及问题解决。 （4）负责与OEM的射频集成沟通（CAD检查、角度误差仿真、保险杠测试），确保相关任务按时关闭。 （5）与客户协商并定义验证计划，包括电气和机械测试。 （6）在项目开发过程中与其它地区（德国、印度、美国等）的同事协调，确保所有任务按时完成。 （7）在C样件和D样件阶段发布技术文档（TCD、测试规范、原理图、零件清单等）。 （8）支持产品工厂投产（plant launch）。 （9）负责雷达产品相关的变更管理，并支持客户拜访。 Qualifications 任职资格： 工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 至少3年汽车行业工作经验。 高效率和高责任心。 较强的沟通能力。 良好的冲突/风险管理能力。 英语口语和书写流利。 具备电子工程经验。...
