工作范围 Scope 本岗位工作偏重于“产品技术、过程技术、系统技术”中的新产品、过程难点、过程 改进和系统符合等工作，工作范围包含仪器生产的技术支持活动，新产品引进的项 目管理，与新产品符合相关的技术转移和产品上市活动，以及系统化的项目改进和 解决方法等。 生产技术支持（产品工艺流程设计，过程难点解决等） 产品技术符合（产品批量试验、产品技术资料起草等）。 过程技术符合（验证）活动（如产品验证、过程验证、设备和性能验证等） 系统技术符合（改进）活动（如LSS 或CPI 项目、系统软件和应用等） 主要职责 Principal Responsibilities 负责仪器生产的技术支持工作，按计划完成技术文件编制及图纸设计等。 协助研发进行产品的工艺流程设计，协助进行产品的模拟试验及测试等。 仪器生产的技术（文件）管理和各种相关的技术问题的调查。 仪器生产的流程优化设计，维护仪器生产的完整的DMR 文件。 起草和更新原材料标准及原材料检验程序和方法，参与评估供应商的能力。 参与各种包装材料和标准件的供应商认证，并提供（验证）技术支持。 年度验证主计划的跟踪和实施，包含各种再验证方案的起草和实施 工艺验证的实施，熟悉产品和过程工艺特征、特点和工艺技术要求。

岗位定位 面向电动工具及相关机电系统的下一代技术发展需求，负责先进控制理论、系统建模方法、CAE AI应用及模型驱动开发体系的研究与落地。该岗位将聚焦复杂机电系统的控制与建模前沿方向，探索可转化为产品竞争力和研发效率提升的关键技术，并推动相关研究成果在平台开发、新产品预研和软件开发流程中的工程化应用。 本岗位适合具有扎实控制理论基础、较强科研创新能力和工程转化意识的高层次博士人才。 核心职责 1. 前沿控制与系统建模研究 面向电动工具及相关复杂机电系统，开展先进控制理论、系统建模方法和智能化研发技术研究。 研究鲁棒控制、自适应控制、优化控制、智能控制、数据驱动建模等方向在实际产品中的应用潜力。 跟踪国内外前沿技术发展趋势，识别对未来产品平台和研发体系具有战略价值的关键技术方向。 2. CAE AI与智能工程方法探索 探索CAE与AI融合技术在产品设计、性能预测、参数优化、故障分析和研发提效中的应用。 推动仿真驱动、数据驱动和模型驱动方法在电动工具研发中的结合应用。 研究面向复杂系统的智能建模、代理模型、参数识别、虚拟验证等新方法。 3. 基于System Modeling的软件开发方法建设 推动基于System Modeling / Model-Based Development的软件开发方法在控制系统开发中的应用。 建立从系统需求、功能建模、控制设计、仿真验证到软件实现的开发流程与方法框架。 支持控制策略、系统架构和软件实现之间的一致性设计与验证。 4. 研究成果工程化转化 将前沿研究成果转化为可复用的研发方法、分析工具、建模规范、设计标准和技术平台能力。 支持研发团队将先进控制与建模方法应用于新产品开发、平台开发和关键技术攻关。 与机械、电子、电机、软件、测试等团队协同，推动研究成果在工程场景中的落地与验证。 5. 技术影响力与创新体系建设 参与或主导高水平技术课题、联合研究项目和外部技术合作。 推动专利、论文、技术白皮书、内部方法论和标准体系建设。 为团队提供系统控制、建模仿真和智能研发方向的技术指导，提升组织在前沿技术领域的能力积累。 任职资格
