岗位职责 1. 架构规划与方案设计 负责大型、超大型数据中心暖通制冷系统整体架构规划与方案设计，涵盖冷源系统、末端空调、新风排风、加湿除湿、热回收、消防通风等全系统方案，适配Tier3/Tier4、国标A级等高等级数据中心建设标准，输出整体架构方案、技术说明书、计算书、方案图纸及成本测算报告。针对模块化数据中心、预制式数据中心、边缘数据中心等多场景，定制差异化暖通架构解决方案。 2. 项目全流程技术支撑 深度参与项目售前技术交流、需求对接、方案竞标、技术答疑，输出高端项目技术方案、投标文件技术部分；负责项目实施阶段的图纸审核、技术交底、重难点问题攻关，把控暖通系统设计质量。 3. 供应链与跨部门协同 对接暖通设备供应商，参与核心设备选型、技术评审、参数定制及性能测试，优化设备适配性与性价比；协同电气架构、结构架构、自控系统、产品研发、项目交付、市场销售等团队，完成数据中心基础架构整体方案的融合设计，解决跨专业技术冲突，保障项目高效落地。 4. 技术赋能与行业沉淀 负责部门内部暖通专业技术培训、案例分享、技术赋能，培养初级方案及设计人员；跟踪行业技术趋势、竞品方案动态，输出行业技术分析报告，支撑公司产品迭代与方案创新，提升公司数据中心暖通解决方案的行业竞争力。 任职要求 1. 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，建筑环境与能源应用工程、暖通空调、制冷及低温工程、热能与动力工程等相关专业，硕士学历优先。 2. 工作经验 5年及以上大型数据中心暖通系统设计、架构规划、方案落地相关工作经验；具备多个IDC数据中心项目经验，有头部IDC厂商、通信机房、大型云计算数据中心项目经验者优先。 3. 专业能力 精通数据中心暖通制冷全系统架构，熟练掌握冷水机组、精密空调、间接蒸发冷却、液冷系统等主流制冷技术原理、选型逻辑及适配场景，精通数据中心PUE优化、气流组织优化、能耗管控核心方法； 熟练掌握GB 50174、Uptime、TIA等国内外数据中心设计规范及验收标准，能够独立完成大型数据中心暖通整体架构方案、节能方案、专项优化方案的设计与落地； 具备优秀的方案撰写、PPT汇报、客户技术沟通能力，可独立支撑高端项目售前竞标、技术谈判工作。 4. 资质与加分项 持有注册公用设备工程师（暖通空调）、一级建造师（机电）、高级工程师职称者优先； 有浸没式液冷、间接蒸发冷却大规模落地项目经验，或主导过PUE≤1.2节能改造、新建项目者优先； 有华为、施耐德、世纪互联、万国数据等行业头部企业工作经验者优先； 具备模块化、预制式数据中心暖通架构标准化搭建经验者优先。 5. 综合素质 具备极强的技术攻关能力、方案统筹能力和问题解决能力，逻辑清晰、严谨细致；拥有良好的跨团队协同意识、抗压能力和责任心，能够适应短期项目出差；具备持续学习能力，关注行业新技术、新方案迭代。 e not
