Harness 研发工程师 —— CQ 计划 上海 工程类 硕士及以上 工作年限不限 职位描述 创奇·科研驾驶舱是上海创智学院面向新一轮科研范式变革，以内生性创新驱动的科研基础设施建设工程，目标是系统性构建一个可持续运行、可扩展演化的科研智能基础设施与运行体系。其核心在于推动科研从“以人和经验为中心的手工模式”，迈向“以模型、系统和自动化为核心的智能化模式”，从而重塑科学问题提出、知识生成与成果转化的全过程。在战略层面，创奇·科研驾驶舱定位为底座性、长期性工程，其价值不在于短期论文或项目数量，而在于是否能够形成一套可复制、可推广的科研智能运行范式，为更大尺度的高校体系、城市层面乃至国家层面的科研智能建设提供可验证样本。编程 Agent 是当前 AI 工程化中要求最高的产品形态之一：它不仅要让模型会写代码，还要让模型能在真实代码库里稳定调用工具、编辑文件、运行终端、理解上下文、遵守权限边界，并在低延迟、低出错的体验里持续完成长程任务。Harness 研发工程师负责建设这层核心系统，让模型能力真正落到可用、可靠、可迭代的开发者工作流中。核心职责- 设计与实现编程 Agent 的核心架构，包括 Agent Loop、工具调用框架、上下文管理、长程任务记忆、状态机和失败恢复机制。- 打磨开发者交互关键路径，包括终端体验、IDE / 编辑器集成、文件与代码库操作、权限控制、沙箱隔离和 MCP 协议接入。- 建设 Harness 层的数据与评测闭环，将真实任务数据、失败 case、工具调用轨迹和用户反馈沉淀为可用于系统迭代和模型训练的信号。- 与模型训练、产品和用户研究团队协作，把模型能力边界转化为工程设计，把真实使用问题转化为可复现、可优化的系统任务。- 以团队内部真实编程任务作为首要反馈源持续 dogfooding，快速定位并修复稳定性、可用性、交互体验和安全边界问题。- 参与开源社区建设、技术文档撰写和用户社群维护，将外部开发者反馈转化为工程路线图的一部分。 职位要求 通用要求- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先。- 具备扎实工程功底，能独立设计并实现复杂系统；至少精通一种系统级或后端语言，如 Rust、Go、TypeScript、Python
