职位描述关于我们： 我们正在用大模型技术重构教育体验，打造真正个性化、有启发性的 AI Tutor。 如果你厌倦了“画原型-写PRD-催开发”的流水线日常，如果你每天都在疯狂测试各种大模型、手搓Prompt、甚至自己用Python跑API，如果你坚信AI能带来教育平权和体验革命——欢迎加入我们。 你将负责： 1. 定义下一代AI Tutor体验： 负责C端 AI Tutor 产品的整体架构与核心交互设计。不再局限于传统的UI/UX，而是设计用户与AI的对话逻辑、多模态互动和教学引导路径。 2. 探索模型能力与工程落地： 深入业务场景，梳理复杂的教学逻辑并转化为可落地的 AI Workflow。通过手写Prompt、搭建测试集、调优参数，不断逼近甚至突破模型的能力边界。 3. 数据驱动的认知进化： 建立基于AI交互的数据飞轮。不只是看传统的DAU/留存，还要通过对模型回答的Bad Case分析、用户对话意图挖掘，倒推模型微调（Fine-tuning）需求或工程化优化策略。 4. 全球化视野与本地化适配： 深入洞察海内外用户习惯，结合教育心理学，将先进的AI能力封装为符合当地文化和教育诉求的C端爆款功能。 职位要求我们希望你： 1. 绝对的 AI Native： - 各种SOTA大模型的重度用户，对当前主流LLM的能力长板、短板（如幻觉、逻辑推理缺陷）有清晰的第一性原理认知。 - 动手能力强：不仅能写出高质量的 System Prompt，还能熟练使用 Claude Code、Openclaw 等前沿
