设备工程师（光波导） 常州 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 1. 设备运维与管理- 负责前道工序核心设备（光刻机、蚀刻机、镀膜机、涂胶显影机等）的日常点检、预防性维护（PM）与校准。- 制定设备保养计划，管控备品备件（BOM）库存，降低设备故障率。2. 故障诊断与维修- 快速响应产线设备报警与异常，进行深度故障诊断（Root Cause Analysis），制定并执行维修方案。- 主导重大设备故障的复盘与改善，建立维修案例库。3. 工艺支持与参数调优- 配合工艺团队，进行设备端的工艺参数（Recipe）微调与验证，解决工艺偏移问题。- 监控设备关键参数（Cpk），参与良率提升（Yield Improvement）专项项目。4. 技术文档与培训- 指导并培训初级设备工程师及操作员，提升团队技能。 职位要求 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械、电子、光学、自动化、材料物理或相关理工科专业。2. 专业技能：- 熟悉半导体/光通信行业前道工艺流程图及设备原理。- 具备设备机械结构、气动/液压系统、传感器及PLC控制的基础知识。- 熟悉SMIF/FOUP、EHS等无尘室规范者优先。3. 工作经验：- 3年以上半导体厂量产设备维护相关经验。- 具备独立解决复杂设备故障的能力，有晶圆级制造经验者优先。4. 综合素质：- 具备良好的英语读写说能力（能阅读英文设备手册）。- 抗压能力强，结果导向。
