ONVO乐道-行销顾问（常州） ONVO乐道-行销 ONVO乐道门店端 常州 社招 全职 用户与服务 大专及以上 5-7 年 职位描述 1. 负责动态场景下的新能源汽车销售工作，根据销售目标，制定工作计划，包括但不限于：- 利用换电站、超充站等各类新能源服务场景主动挖掘潜在客户，完成试驾邀约与订单转化；- 通过试驾车等移动化场景实时演示车辆功能，讲解产品核心卖点，完成从种草到订单签约全流程；2. 负责渠道资源整合，搭建新能源汽车服务场景下的异业合作生态，包括但不限于：- 建立区域客户资源网络，包括但不限于超充站运营方、商场物业等，维护关键场地合作关系；- 搭建小型异业合作生态，包括但不限于新能源服务场景周边餐饮/洗车/维修等，通过资源整合置换，策划小型营销活动，完成销售指标；3. 数据驱动运营，包括但不限于：- 通过销售管理系统实时录入客户画像及跟进记录，通过销售过程数据管理，达成销售目标；- 收集竞品动态及用户反馈，形成区域市场洞察、分析管辖区域转化率等。 职位要求 大专及以上学历，持有C1驾照，驾驶技术熟练，过往无重大交通事故记录；1-3年一线地推销售经验，行业包括但不限于互联网、金融保险、房产、快消、新能源汽车及上下游产业；掌握成熟的陌拜技能，能在非固定场所与潜在用户快速建立信任关系；良好的抗压能力及韧性，能够适应高频次户外作业与差旅工作；强目标导向，能够在户外/嘈杂等各类非专业销售场景保持专业服务状态，擅长挖掘场景中的潜在销售机会；热爱新能源汽车行业，具备一定的学习能力，实时更新产品知识库。（此岗位是第三方合同性质） 投递...
