资深外饰专家 上海 社招 全职 设计 - 汽车设计 本科及以上 10 年以上 职位描述 1. 技术战略与工艺深度把控· 全工艺覆盖: 主导外饰件全工艺链的技术评审与决策,涵盖注塑、喷涂、电镀、烫印、模内装饰(IMD/INS)、复合材料(SMC/CFRP)等成型及装配工艺,确保工艺方案在质量与成本间的平衡。· 同步工程: 在车型开发早期介入造型评审,从工艺实现角度提出优化建议,规避后期因造型导致的模具复杂化或良率低下问题。2. 成本工程与价值分析(VA/VE)· 成本建模: 建立并优化外饰件的成本核算模型,深入分析材料成本(基材、油漆、辅料)、模具摊销、节拍工时、良率损失对单件成本的影响。· 降本策略落地: · 识别外饰系统中的“过度设计”或“冗余标准”,通过材料替代(如以塑代钢、国产材料替代)、工艺简化(如免喷涂材料应用)、结构集成等方式实现降本。 · 主导竞品拆解(Benchmarking)的成本对标分析,制定具有竞争力的成本目标。3. 难点攻关与质量提升· 解决外饰件常见的行业痛点,如:保险杠喷涂色差、电镀件腐蚀、高光件黑框效应、扰流板变形及风噪等问题。· 推动新工艺(如2K注塑、微型发泡、智能表面技术)的量产落地,在提升感知质量的同时控制制造成本。4. 合作伙伴赋能· 评估并优化现有供应商的工艺能力及报价合理性,指导供应商在模具结构、节拍优化上进行改进,实现上下游联动的降本增效。 职位要求 1. 行业经验:· 本科及以上学历,高分子材料、车辆工程或机械制造相关专业。· 20年以上主流主机厂或Tier 1(一级供应商)外饰系统开发经验,其中至少3年技术管理或成本分析岗位经验。2. 专业技能(核心指标):·
