小米汽车-质量工程师 北京 社招 全职 职位 ID：A186084 职位描述 1. 负责管理生产质量全流程工作，包括来料质量控制IQC、过程质量控制PQC、产品质量控制OQC；2. 对采购进来的原材料、零部件等进行检验，按照既定的检验标准和流程，判定物料是否合格；3. 对检验不合格的物料，及时通知采购部门和相关部门进行处理，如退货、换货等，并做好检验记录；4. 向相关部门反馈来料质量情况，为后续采购及生产提供质量参考；5. 在生产过程中，对各工序的产品进行巡检、抽检，及时发现生产过程中的质量问题，如工艺执行偏差、产品缺陷等；6. 对发现的质量问题，及时反馈给生产班组和工程部门，协助分析原因并监督整改措施的实施；7. 对成品进行抽检或全检，按照成品检验标准，判定成品是否合格，确保只有合格成品才能入库或交付。 职位要求 1. 机电、材料、质量管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；2. 2年以上来料质量检验（IQC）工作经验，熟悉制造企业来料检验流程，熟悉常用检验标准（如IPC、AQL等），能独立依据检验规程开展来料抽检与判定； 3. 2年以上生产过程质量控制（PQC）经验，熟悉制造流程与品质管控节点，熟悉制程检验标准与作业指导书，能独立开展工序巡检、首件检验与抽检工作；4. 2年以上成品质量检验经验，具备机器人或智能装备类产品检验经验者优先；5. 熟悉机器人产品（如协作机器人、工业机器人）的结构、功能及性能指标，了解其典型装配与出厂标准，熟悉成品检验标准，能依据检验规程对机器人进行外观、装配、电气、安全、功能及性能等方面的抽检或全检，能识别机器人常见缺陷，如关节异响、轨迹偏差、程序异常、急停失效等，并准确判定是否合格；6. 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、高度规等常规量具，以及机器人专用测试设备、调试工具，具备基础的机械传动、电气控制与运动控制检测能力， 具备扎实的数据分析能力； 7. 具备较强的问题识别能力，能准确识别来料缺陷，对不合格物料及时标识、隔离并推动处理（退货、换货等），能及时发现工艺偏差、设备异常或产品缺陷， 能准确记录检验数据，对异常问题及时反馈至生产班组及工程部门；8. 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协同能力，能与研发、采购、仓库、生产、售后等相关部门高效协同，处理各种质量问题的根本原因分析与整改闭环； 9. 能规范填写检验记录与异常报告，提供可追溯的质量数据支持， 推动异常闭环管理，提出改进建议；10. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备一定的问题分析与反馈能力； 11. 熟悉ERP/MES系统者优先；12 .有机器人整机或核心部件（如控制器、减速器、伺服系统）检验经验者优先。 投递...
