声学系统工程师 上海 全职 职位描述 1、负责机器人产品声学系统整体方案设计，涵盖声学硬件设计与选型、声学结构设计、系统集成与性能匹配，对整机声学性能、问题定位和量产一致性负责；2、声学硬件： 完成麦克风阵列、扬声器、音频Codec、DSP 等核心器件选型，主导音频原理图设计与 PCB 布局审查，负责信号完整性分析、阻抗匹配及EMC/EMI设计与整改；3、声学结构：负责音腔设计、导音管/出音孔布局、密封结构方案，完成声学腔体仿真与优化（声学有限元/边界元分析），与 ID 团队协作平衡外观与声学性能；4、电声集成：负责 MEMS 麦克风、微型扬声器等电声器件的结构集成与装配方案，输出 3D 模型与 2D 工程图，管控关键声学尺寸的公差链；5、测试调试：制定声学测试方案，完成灵敏度、频响、信噪比、THD+N、指向性等关键指标量测；使用音频分析仪（Audio Precision、SoundCheck 等）进行系统级调试；6、算法协同： 配合算法团队完成麦克风阵列标定、AEC/ANS/AGC、波束形成等音频前处理的硬件与结构适配联调；7、量产导入： 跟进修模、试产阶段验证，解决漏音、共振异响、密封不良、装配应力衰减等量产声学问题；输出设计文档、DFM 报告、BOM 维护及供应商技术对接。 职位要求 1、学历专业： 本科及以上学历，声学、电子信息、机械工程、通信工程、力学等相关专业；2、工作经验： 3 年以上消费电子/智能硬件/机器人声学设计经验，有完整量产项目经历；3、电路设计： 熟练掌握模拟与数字音频电路设计，精通至少一种主流 EDA 工具（Altium/Cadence/Pads），能独立完成原理图设计与 PCB 审查；4、声学仿真： 熟悉 COMSOL、ANSYS、Virtual.Lab 等声学仿真软件中至少一种，能独立完成音腔/声场仿真分析；5、结构设计： 精通 SolidWorks
