战斗动画导演-Z1制作组 上海 全职 美术类 职位描述 1.制作主角与 NPC 的战斗动画(攻击、格挡、闪避、受击、倒地、死亡)及相关位移动画,兼顾响应性、可读性与视觉表现力;2.综合运用手 K 与动补数据,交付有力度、有节奏、贴合角色定位的战斗表演;3.参与角色专属招式的动作设计,与战斗策划共同推敲动作方案、节奏与打击反馈。4. 负责大招 / 必杀技 / 处决技 / Boss 阶段切换等战斗演出片段的整体编排,包括角色动作、镜头动画、演出节奏与情绪层次;5. 使用 UE5 Sequencer(或同类工具)搭建演出时间线,与 VFX、音效、灯光、镜头相协同,确保演出在实机中看得爽;6. 处理演出段与 gameplay 段的无缝衔接——进入/退出演出的过渡动画、镜头切换、状态还原,保证不出戏、不断手感。7. 在 UE5 中亲自实现、迭代并验证战斗与演出动画,涉及 Animation Blueprint、状态机、Animation Notify、Montage、Sequencer 等;8. 从战斗系统与演出方案的原型阶段介入,参与技术可行性评估与 prototype 验证;9. 独立负责一个战斗子系统(如某位主角的招式集 +
