Your day to day: Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. 進行交接班說明，確保瞭解酒店的活動和運營要求； Prepares a selection of rolls and breads. 製作各式麵包； Prepares a selection of specialty items. 製作各種特色食品； Prepares a selection of bread art.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensures the smooth and efficient operation and control of the Bakery Shop and production daily according to company policies. - Responsible for the production, quality, and presentation of the bread assortment to be used
