岗位职责： 1. 根据工作指导书和流程及时编制正确、高效的加工工艺。 2. 根据销售订单要求及生产工程部工艺标准制定合理的工艺单，为生产提供正确的加工指示.（用料尺寸计算，退料尺寸计算，用料方向，合理的掏料工艺，原料及辅料的规格选用，刀具的库存评估确认，新刀具需求评估等）。 3. 在需要的时候为生产绘制2D和3D的图纸。 4. 在CNC程序中定义加工参数(进给、转速等)，选择合适的刀具和工装，来保证生产的质量，效率和成本。 5. 根据工作指导书维护服务器上的数控机床程序。 6. 维护服务器上的相关程序信息。 7. 在日常工作中进行持续改进，来提高生产运营的安全、质量和效率。 8. 负责新产品加工可行性研究 、试加工和工艺文档编制。负责SFE机加工区域内日常工作中技术项目的控制。 9. 作为部分产品负责人带领团队优化统一此类产品工艺技术，改进加工效率，降低生产成本。 10. 负责程序单和工艺流程单的归档管理。 11. 由主管经理安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，工科专业 2. 至少2年单件小批量生产的数控机床工艺编制和编程经验 3. 对单件小批量规模的数控立铣、卧铣、立车和卧车机加工工艺有丰富的经验 4. 有CNC车床和铣床编程经验（UG软件编程），有高速切削经验者更佳 5. 能够解决生产中关于加工技术方面的问题 6.
岗位职责： 1. 根据产品质量验收标准，对原材料实施进货检验，以及对外协石墨产品进行入库检验和记录。 2. 按公司要求对不合格的原料进行处理。 3. 负责石墨部件在机加工过程中各工序中的首件检验、过程检验和最终检验，及时识别、发现和记录存在的质量问题，防止不合格品流入下道工序或客户处。 4. 记录、统计每日检验情况和相关部门对不合格品的返修。 5. 发现重大质量问题立即向相关部门汇报，并要求生产停止加工。 6. 执行产品状态标识和可追溯性规定，防止不同材料等级和批次的原料混淆。检查、监督生产过程中的状态标识执行情况，对不符合要求的予以纠正。 7. 完成本部门责任区内的5S和安全防护。 8. 完成上级主管指示的其它任务，如协助SGT质检工作。 9. 负责对公司的量具进行日常维护。 10. 由主管经理安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1. 两年以上机械加工产品质量控制和产品检验经验。 2. 熟练使用Office 软件。 3. 熟练使用内径千分尺、外径千分尺、卡尺以及各种量具。 4. 熟悉形位尺寸等级要求，以及公制、美制和英制螺纹的等级标准。 5. 具备较好的机械加工2D图纸阅读能力。 6. 可以接受翻三班。...
