关键职责 1. 店铺客户发展战略制定与数据分析 全面负责制定店铺的客户发展年度/季度策略与执行计划，确保与店铺业务目标高度对齐； 主导店铺客户数据的深度分析，监控关键绩效指标，主动发现客户行为趋势、细分机会、潜力客群及业务提升点，并转化为具体的行动方案； 建立店铺级客户数据看板与诊断体系，定期向店铺管理层提供战略洞察报告与决策建议。 2. 客户关系项目与活动的策略性落地与优化 负责品牌客户关系项目在店铺的策略性定制与落地，根据店铺特点优化执行方案，并跟踪、分析项目效果，持续优化； 统筹规划并执行店铺级别的客户活动和礼遇，包括目标设定、策略策划、资源协调与效果复盘，确保活动有效支撑客户发展策略； 确保系列产品活动的客户沟通策略在店内有效执行，并整合反馈； 统筹客户活动。 3. 对店铺团队的赋能与协同 作为店铺客户关系领域的策略专家，向店铺管理团队及全体员工（包括精品店客户关系专家）传达客户发展策略、分享数据分析洞察与市场实践，统一团队认知； 协同店铺经理与精品店客户关系专家，确保各项客户策略与规定在运营中得以贯彻。 4. 统筹客户活动 了解客户活动的目标，制定目标计划； 向精品部告知活动需求并分配目标； 与主要利益相关者密切合作，确保活动实施（如预约跟进）； 整合客户和精品部的反馈和意见。 我们希望您 拥有本科或以上学历； 具备优秀的英语口语及书写能力； 拥有5年以上客户关系管理、客户策略或商业分析经验，有时尚/奢侈品零售行业店铺层面经验者优先； 拥有海外学习或工作经验为佳； 具备卓越的独立数据分析与战略规划能力，能基于店铺数据制定可执行的客户策略； 具备出色的业务洞察力，能主动发现并解决问题，驱动店铺客户业绩增长； 具备优秀的领导力、沟通协调能力及多任务项目管理能力； 对客户关系管理有深刻理解和热情，学习能力强； 能熟练使用办公软件及数据分析工具（如Excel高级功能、Power BI、CRM系统等）。...
