助理关务（海外） Shenzhen 供应链/采购 Responsibilities 1、独立处理所有船务出口工作，船务相关文件制作及检查，安排出货（订舱，拖车安排等）清关及货物追踪等，确保货物准时到达指定客户处；2.检查船务相关文件，确保所有信息的完整及准确，以利顺利出货；3.与客户，公司内各相关部门，船东，贷代等良好沟通确保船务文件的正确性及出货准时；4.确保每一票货物及相关的文件、操作等对应相应出口条款要求，追踪货物出运情况，解决船务相关问题5.国内国际快递寄送安排；6.上级及交代的其它工作.
