科学智能体研究员（与北大联合培养博士后） 北京 劳务 博士及以上 职位描述 智能体控制框架：在院内既有的大模型驱动科学智能体工作基础上，开发面向高分子操控的智能体控制框架，含推理规划、工具调用与自主执行。领域知识层：建设单分子高分子动力学与电动场调控方向的文献库与领域知识图谱，作为智能体自主提出操控策略的依据。仿真环境：将布朗动力学求解器封装为智能体可交互的环境，开放电动场与流场施加、构象观测量读取等接口；仿真参数与合作方对齐，并以复现线团-伸展转变（coil-stretch transition）作为环境正确性的通过判据。自主策略发现：驱动智能体在仿真环境中自主探索并优化电动脉冲序列，产出可重复的单链受控非平衡构象，以及多链相互作用的编排方案。仿真到实验的策略迁移：与新方实验团队对接，把仿真中学到的策略部署到自动化微流控电动拉伸平台，并以实验观测反馈修正仿真模型与智能体策略，形成完整的干湿闭环。成果产出：负责相关论文撰写与半年度联合研讨会的进展汇报。 职位要求 物理、力学、化学工程、材料、计算机或相关专业博士学位（含即将毕业）；有软物质与高分子物理、分子动力学／布朗动力学、微流控或单分子实验背景者优先。熟练使用 Python；能读懂并修改既有的 Fortran 或 C++ 科学计算代码（本项目的布朗动力学求解器为 Fortran 95 实现）。具备大模型智能体的实战开发经验，在工具调用、推理规划、知识图谱构建、agent harness 中至少精通一项；了解强化学习或策略搜索方法者优先。能正确理解物理结果：能够从量纲、守恒量与极限行为判断一次仿真是收敛还是发散，而不是只看程序有没有报错。本项目的验证端最终是真实实验，这一条是硬要求。具备英文工作能力，可与新方团队直接沟通并读写英文论文。 职位信息 部门： 工业智能体开发团队 投递...
