工作职责 1. 负责机械完工策划编制 ITR、移交管理、流程程序等项目文件。 2. 审核位号、管道试压包、接头台账等技术资料协调解决问题。 3. 维护与校验 CMS 完工管理系统分配位号与 ITR。 4. 下发 ITR 并为项目及分包商提供 CMS 培训与体系推行。 5. 跟踪项目变更更新数据库输出周报告并支持施工会议。 6. 监督现场 ITR 与问题清单关闭协调供应商 FAT 及检查验收。 7. 编制完工与调试移交档案完成项目文件归档。 8. 跨部门协调工程、施工、QAQC、调试及供应商推进完工工作。 9. 遵守 HSEQ 及合规要求维护内外部沟通与团队协作。 任职要求 1. 工程专业本科学历或技术专科证书。 2.
工作职责 1. 根据施工图纸按照分包合同规定的计量规则对所有可复测项目进行材料工程量统计。 2. 审核分包商提交的复测工程量材料量并编制审核报告。 3. 协助主管工料测量师监控项目支出准确核算索赔 / 进度款更新成本编制分包合同所有变更实际成本 vs 预算并据此编制月度报告。 4. 进行现场巡查核实工程进度跟踪与现场指令 / 变更令相关的设计及施工变更。 5. 审核分包商提交的清关及材料物流费用。 6. 协助高级 / 主管工料测量师编制商务报告包括项目月度报告。 7. 了解健康安全法规要求遵守 HSEQ 管理体系政策。 8. 遵守商业行为与道德准则及反腐败合规政策开展项目物料核对确定材料超耗情况。 9. 跟踪工程变更通知及现场指令识别潜在索赔风险。 10. 跟踪问题 / 损坏报告评估可向分包商收取的返工 / 赔偿费用。 11. 根据图纸对现场指令、工程变更通知及变更申请进行成本估算。
