Flutter Developer / Flutter 开发工程师（客户端） Hangzhou Experienced Outsourced Responsibilities 【岗位职责】1. 跨端应用研发：基于 Flutter 负责跨境电商 App 端全链路研发，覆盖用户体系、订单交易、支付结算、商品展示等核心场景的 UI 开发与状态管理，适配 iOS/Android 双端及海外多机型、多系统版本适配；2. 性能优化与体验保障：优化 Flutter 页面渲染性能、接口请求效率、内存占用，数据同步延迟、页面卡顿、闪退等问题，提升用户使用流畅度；3. 跨团队协作与需求落地：与后端、产品、测试团队紧密协作，完成前后端联调、需求拆解与落地；参与需求评审，从前端视角提出合理优化建议，保障产品体验与开发效率；4. 工程化与迭代优化：参与 Flutter 工程化建设（如通用组件封装、状态管理规范、路由管理、CI/CD 流程搭建），快速响应业务需求与用户反馈，持续优化产品交互与性能。 Qualifications 【岗位要求】1. 核心技术：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年以上 Flutter 实际开发经验，扎实掌握 Dart 语言、Flutter 核心原理（Widget 生命周期、渲染机制、状态管理）2. 跨端适配能力：熟悉
