职位目标 · 丰盛理财客户拓展主管协助丰盛理财客户拓展总监和支行行长对丰盛理财客户拓展团队进行领导和管理，通过新客户渠道开发管理和获取新合格丰盛理财客户增长，达成所分配的业务目标。 · 建立和培训丰盛理财 客户拓展团队，为 银行的丰盛理财经理储备人才。 主要职责 · 渠道开发和拓展合格丰盛理财客户 1) 领导和推动丰盛理财客户拓展经理共同开拓挖掘新客户获取渠道（如战略合作伙伴，客户推荐，行内活动等），为我行新增合格丰盛理财客户。 2) 维护和优化现有渠道质量，主动探索深化与渠道合作伙伴关系，在拓展新客工作中实现高效协同。 3) 指导和管控丰盛理财客户拓展经理对新客户开发的全流程进度，包括对潜在客户进行资质筛选和为新客户开立账户完成申请和相关文档。 4) 达成银行下达的各项销售任务，达到 售目标，为团队整体增长指标做出贡献。 · 团队领导与发展 1) 招聘，培训和管理丰盛理财客户拓展团队，提供持续的指导与辅导，提升团队的销售产能和市场拓展技能。 2) 设定明确的销售策略，监控团队指标达成进度，以数据化驱动解决方案，对销售结果进行复盘分析，强化团队计划部署调整和执行。 3) 与员工保持明确和即时的沟通，提供激励和支持，督导并维持员工纪律。 4) 建立团队成员中的信任和士气，公平地处理员工问题。 · 支行和跨部门协同合作 1) 协助支行管理和安排丰盛理财客户拓展团队与客户经理紧密合作，积极跟进新客户开发进度及确保客户交接顺畅和持续支持。 2) 与内部团队（如支行运营，风险，合规等）及外部合作伙伴跨部门协作，提升团队合作效率。 ·
