您的主要职责 协调机械项目管理团队开发创新的机械工程 (ME) 解决方案。确保项目满足质量、预算和时间表要求。 监督机械工程项目从开始到完成的所有阶段。 负责传递机械工程学科的技术内容，包括领导/协调机械工程开发团队、批准机械子系统技术解决方案以及推动机械工程发布/交付。 确保项目按时、在预算之内并达到最高质量标准。 实施最佳实践和流程改进，以提高项目效率和效力。 准备并向高级管理层和利益相关者提交项目报告和最新进展。 您的任职资格 Graduate Degree in 自然科学、工程、力学 3 to 5 years 1) 负责人形机器人旋转关节（行星减速器模组）整体结构设计、集成与优化，包括传动布局、轴承支撑、密封防护、轻量化结构及热管理； 2) 主导从概念到量产的全周期开发：完成 3D 建模、工程图绘制、BOM 编制、DFM/DFA 分析、公差链设计（GD&T）、生产导入及工装夹具开发； 3) 具备多物理场仿真验证（静强度、模态、疲劳、热），确保模组在高动态、冲击、频繁启停工况下的可靠性与寿命的知识储备，了解相关旋转关节模组的国家测试标准； 4) 了解关键零部件的工艺流程，熟悉齿轮(滚齿、磨齿、热处理渗碳淬火)、壳体(铸造/锻造工艺）、行星架精密加工工艺路线，主导与外部供应商的技术讨论并敲定关键工艺细节。参与减速器制造工艺规划，与生产部门协作优化加工、装配流程，提升生产效率与产品一致性。解决产品量产过程中的技术难题，提供技术指导，确保产品顺利批量生产。 5) 跟踪国内外行星减速器技术发展趋势，开展前沿技术研究与储备，推动产品技术升级与创新。参与专利申报与技术标准制定，提升公司在传动领域的技术影响力。 6) 跨部门协作与沟通。与电机、控制等相关部门紧密配合，完成减速器与其他部件的集成设计，保障整机系统性能最优。对接客户与供应商，了解需求反馈，解决技术问题，维护良好的合作关系。 7) 跟踪全球人形机器人关节技术趋势（如高功率密度、直驱、柔性传动），参与制定产品技术路线与迭代规划。
