Career CategorySales Job Description 地区经理（ District Manager） 基本要求 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学本科及以上学历； 掌握所推广药品的药理毒理、功能主治或适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等知识； 经公司培训并考核合格； 不得存在法律法规禁止从事医药代表工作的情形； 5年以上医药行业经验及团队管理经验。 1. 区域规划与业务执行（Planning & Business Execution） 根据公司战略、区域特点及业务需求，制定区域药品学术推广计划并推动执行； 与市场、医学、商务等相关团队协作，制定区域重点工作目标及行动计划； 定期分析区域业务进展，跟踪关键举措执行情况，并持续优化区域工作规划； 指导团队合理安排客户互动、学术推广活动。 2. 学术推广与客户管理（Academic Promotion & Customer Engagement） 根据《医药代表管理办法》开展并指导团队开展药品学术推广活动，主要包括向关键医疗卫生机构工作人员： 传递药品相关信息； 沟通并协助合理使用药品； 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息； 同时： 建立并维护与区域重点医疗卫生机构及相关专业人士的专业学术沟通渠道，促进疾病领域及产品相关医学信息的准确传递； 组织和参与区域学术会议、疾病教育及相关专业活动； 指导团队开展专业客户互动及学术交流活动； 支持医疗卫生专业人士对产品及疾病领域相关信息的了解和认知；
