职责概述 医学信息沟通大区经理负责管理所辖区域的一切业务，包括制订和实施区域的工作目标和发展计划，建立一个绩效良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队。对客户的需求做出适当反应以实现区域的各项工作目标。对团队成员的行为进行规范和监管，对他们的专业技能提升和学习发展规划提供辅导和支持。 主要工作和任务 1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动大区各个团队实现公司和上级下达的各项工作目标和任务。 2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员，定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。 3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划，规范员工的工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。 4. 制订并执行团队成员专业知识和技能的发展计划，通过随访对团队成员定期进行教导，以加强其专业能力、产品知识、产品策略、医学信息沟通技巧和总体工作效率，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。 5. 根据大区业务发展的方向进行人力资源分配和人才规划，促进区域健康良性发展，建立人才梯队，保留高绩效人才。 6. 通过跟进计划，各团队的工作汇报和和随访等，深入了解各个团队的工作进展并进行针对性的辅导，包括业务及市场活动，人员管理和辅导，人才发展和保留等工作。 7. 根据对市场发展趋势的分析，挖掘区域市场机会，打造大区的长期竞争优势。 8. 协调并组织大区内的重要项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。 9. 与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通，前瞻性预测客户学术需求的变化，建立并持续优化战略合作伙伴关系。 10. 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，必要情况下可根据公司的要求，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作。 11. 建立和保持有效沟通系统，包括定期召开大区会议，定期与上级汇报区域工作进展，与其他部门建立跨部门沟通和合作关系。 12. 为制订和修改业务相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议，以实现高效率的业务运作。 13. 支持公司的各项创新举措，带领大区各个团队执行新举措，搭建创新平台。 14. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 任职要求 教育： - 大学本科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 技能：
