电力设计/咨询专家 北京 全职 能源 / 矿产 / 环保 / 农林牧渔 - 电力 / 能源 / 矿产 / 地质勘查 职位描述 1.负责输变电、配电系统、新能源发电（光伏/风电等）项目的方案设计、施工图设计及技术评审，确保符合国家规范及行业标准。2.主导电力工程可行性研究、初步设计、施工图设计全过程，协调土建、电气、自动化等专业协同工作。3.参与电网规划、能效分析及电力系统优化项目，提供技术解决方案。4.为客户提供电力工程领域的技术咨询，包括项目前期评估、技术方案制定、成本控制及风险评估。5.协助解决项目中的复杂技术问题（如并网接入、设备选型、继电保护配置等），编写技术报告及可行性分析。6.参与行业标准制定、技术规范解读及政策研究，提供专业建议。7.主导中大型电力工程项目全周期管理，把控进度、质量与成本目标，协调设计、施工、监理等合作方资源。8.参与项目招投标工作，编制技术标书、工程量清单及报价方案。9.对接电网公司、发电企业、工业园区等客户需求，提供技术交流与汇报，维护长期合作关系。 职位要求 1.电力工程、电气工程及其自动化、新能源等相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，985/211院校优先。2.硕士学历或持有注册电气工程师（发输电/供配电）、一级建造师（机电）等证书者优先。3.5年以上电力设计院或电力工程公司工作经验，独立承担过输变电、配电系统或新能源项目设计工作，熟悉设计流程及规范。4.参与过至少3个完整的中大型电力项目（电压等级110kV及以上优先）。5.精通电力系统设计相关软件（如AutoCAD、ETAP、BIM、Revit等），熟悉国标、行标及地方标准。6.熟悉电网规划、继电保护、电力系统自动化等领域，了解新能源并网政策及技术要求。7.具备技术方案编写、成本估算及项目可行性分析能力。8.逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能独立对接客户并解决复杂技术问题。9.具备团队协作精神，适应短期出差及多任务并行工作模式。 投递...
