资深ATE测试工程师 上海、杭州 全职 研发 - 电子 / 半导体 职位描述 1. 参与 ATE测试方案制定： · 理解芯片的架构、特性和目标应用场景（如AI计算、数据中心等）。 · 负责同芯片设计团队沟通，制定针对芯片ATE测试的DFT及各IP功能及性能测试方案，需涵盖CP、FT的量产测试需求，以及Char和Correlation的测试需求。 · 负责ATE硬件设计，包括但不限于CP测试针卡、FT LoadBoard、Socket、ChangeKits（委托供应商完成定制设计及制造）。 · 基于93K平台开发与维护ATE测试程序。2.
