资深转轴结构工程师 深圳 全职 研发 - 硬件开发 职位描述 工作职责： 1. 负责公司铰链结构设计、主导供方DFM评审、跟进铰链试产、量产以及铰链相关的整机组装。 2. 负责优化传动系统（含微型电机、变速箱）的装配公差与可靠性设计，解决转轴与电机、变速箱系统的机械匹配问题。 3. 负责转轴产品测试、验证和EWP环节进行结构相关的检查和评估，解决疑难质量问题和改进产品设计。 4. 负责解决在产品开发和制造过程中可能出现的疑难结构问题。负责识别和分析问题的根本原因，并提出解决方案，确保产品的结构完整性和性能。提炼原理性结论，形成规范化的设计。 5. 铰链量产交付并输出转轴设计规范、设计check list，跟踪行业动态，保持转轴竞争力，并分享最佳实践和经验，以提升团队整体的技术能力和效率。任职要求:1. 统招本科以上学历，机械、材料相关专业；2. 8年以上手机结构开发经验，3年折叠屏转轴开发经验，至少从事一款量产转轴的主设，如华为 Mate X、Pocket；小米 MIXFold，OPPO Find N3、Find N3 Clip；Vivo X Fold3、 荣耀Magic V2 ；三星Z Fold、Z Flip系列。3. 精通折叠屏转轴产品结构设计、熟悉转轴MIM模具、CNC加工制造、抛光打磨、表面处理，熟练使用 PROE、AutoCAD绘图软件。4.
