岗位职责 一、售前技术支持（离心机组专项） 1. 熟悉离心空压机运行工况：大流量区间、0.6–1.0MPa稳定排气、高温排气、管网压力波动、连续24h运行、微油含水复杂工况，可独立完成现场工况勘测与参数核算。 2. 根据空压站总管、分支管网、机组出口、节能审计等不同场景，独立完成流量计选型（涡街、热式质量、气体涡轮、差压式），输出精准选型方案、管径复核、量程匹配、温压补偿方案。 3. 编制空压站流量计量技术方案、能耗评估报告、预算清单、投标技术文件，配合销售完成技术交流、方案宣讲、项目技术答疑。 4. 分析离心空压站计量痛点：压力波动计量漂移、低流速计量不准、振动干扰、油污水汽探头污染、直管段不足等，提供针对性规避与优化方案。 二、现场实施与售后技术服务 1. 负责离心空压站流量计现场安装指导、调试、参数标定、精度校准、竣工验收，完成标况流量、温压补偿、累积流量、能耗参数配置。 2. 负责流量计与空压站PLC、DCS、空压机主控系统、能耗监测平台的4-20mA、Modbus、HART通讯对接、数据联调，保证数据实时、准确、无漂移。 3. 快速处理现场故障：计量偏差、信号跳变、无流量显示、通讯中断、温压补偿失效、探头积污、振动干扰异常等问题。 4. 针对离心机组长期运行特性，输出设备定期维保方案、防污维护方案、年度校准计划，给客户提供空压站计量合规与节能优化建议。 三、行业方案沉淀与技术优化 1. 积累离心空压站大系统计量经验，沉淀工厂空压站总管计量、分区能耗、泄漏检测、节能改造标准化方案。 2. 收集现场产品适配问题，输出改进建议，协助产品端优化抗振、耐温、抗油污、宽量程流量计结构与算法。 3. 编制行业案例、选型手册、现场调试SOP，对内培训、对外赋能渠道与客户。 四、项目跟进与客户维护 1. 跟进空压站改造、新建空压站、能耗审计、二期扩容项目，挖掘二次技术增值需求。 2. 做好客户技术回访、问题闭环、项目验收交付，保障客户技术满意度。 任职要求 1. 大专及以上学历，自动化、测控、机电、流体机械、过程装备等相关专业。 2. 2年以上空压站/工业气体流量计应用经验，熟悉离心式空压机工作原理与管网特性，有涡街、热式质量流量计现场调试经验者优先。
