岗位职责 1. 销售策略与产品化落地（销售+产品思维） 深入理解在线教育市场及销售前线业务痛点，将业务需求转化为系统化的运营方案。 运用产品思维优化销售漏斗、线索分配及转化流程，推动销售支持工具、CRM系统的功能迭代与优化。 2. 流程治理与合规风控（工单审批） 负责销售日常业务工单（如工单审批、特殊场景对接等）的合规性审查与高效审批，确保业务运转不卡顿。 根据实际业务反馈，不断优化工单审批流与标准SOP，降低沟通成本，沉淀运营规范。 3. AI赋能与业务提效（AI建设） 紧跟前沿AI（如GPT）发展，能根据销售运营的实际需求，设计并搭建自动化/智能化的AI辅助工具。 推动AI与销售场景的实际链接（如：AI自动生成话术、AI质检分析、智能化报表生成等），通过“技术+运营”手段，切实提升一线销售的日常生产力。 任职要求 教育及经验：本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网、EdTech（教育科技）或SaaS行业销售运营/商流运营工作经验。 硬核能力（强制）： 双重思维：具备前线销售思维和后台产品思维（懂逻辑、懂系统、懂流程），能听懂业务语言，更能转化为技术/系统语言。 流程控与执行力：具有严谨的逻辑能力，对数字和流程合规敏感，能够高效、原则性地处理和审批每日高频的业务工单。 AI应用与探索欲：此项为硬性指标。不需要你是写代码的程序员，但必须熟练掌握至少一种主流AI工具的应用（如大模型Prompt调优、Coze/Dify等AI Agent平台建设、自动化工作流搭建等），有利用AI工具帮助团队实现提效的实际案例者优先。 综合素质：抗压能力强，具备极强的跨部门沟通推动力，能适应快速变化的国际化业务环境。...
