工作职责 1. 执行机械结构设计任务: 在指导下,负责洗地机指定子模块的详细结构设计工作。参与设计评审,根据反馈进行设计修改和优化。 2. 参与项目开发与支持, a) 理解产品需求和设计规范,支持概念和方案设计阶段的可行性分析。 b) 协助项目进度的跟进,及时汇报设计任务完成情况。 c) 积极参与DFM(面向制造的设计)讨论,理解制造工艺约束,并在设计中应用。 d) 协助解决试产及量产中出现的装配、生产和质量问题。 e) 执行工程师制定的零部件及整机的可靠性测试、性能测试方案,记录并分析测试结果。 3. 编制设计文档: a) 创建和整理设计技术文档,包括详细工程图纸、BOM清单、测试报告等。 b) 协助准备DFMEA、设计规格书等文档的初稿。 c) 确保输出文档的准确性和符合公司基础规范。 职位要求 1. 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3~6 年及以上结构设计经验。 3. 扎实的机械设计基础知识,了解常用工程材料特性及应用,熟悉塑胶件(注塑)、金属件(压铸、冲压、机加工)、钣金等常用制造工艺的基本原理、设计要点及常见缺陷。 4. 精通Creo (Pro/E),须通过Creo或相关的软件实操能力测试,了解和运用主流CAE工具(如ANSYS Mechanical,
