贴片打线设备工程师（杭州） 杭州 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 1、负责贴片、打线、AOI设备的故障分析和优化改善。2、参与评审新项目或者新产品贴片、打线机、AOI设备选型。3、负责贴片、打线机、AOI设备设备的维护保养。4、负责贴片、打线、AOI设备的维保SOP文件的制订，培训、考核新员工。5、协助AME/ME对贴片、打线过程问题进行分析，协助提升打线工序良率、效率提升，降低生产成本。6、完成上级交办的其他工作。 职位要求 1、本科或以上学历，半导体、精密机械、光学等专业。2、3年以上半导体或光电器件、电子封装工作经验。3、熟悉半导体封装工艺，如DIE BONDING，WIRE BONDING，耦合等工艺。4、熟悉VSM POTON PRO/MEGA贴片机，VSM打线机的使用和维护维保。5、有半导体元器件贴片打线经验，优先考虑有光模块COB经验者。6、了解质量控制管理的方法及工具，如PFMEA、CP、SPC、MSA等。7、良好的沟通和问题分析能力。 投递...
